the only reason I haven't returned or thrown this thing out yet is because it also stops doing it randomly so that's why I'm hoping so badly it's a software issue that will be solved with a patch because if not I'm actually gonna go insane and start killing and that is unfortunately not a joke I am not gonna live like this and nobody wants to help me get out of this situation so I might as well kill everybody :)
