Its going to be hot tomorrow and I have to get up early to go the beach with my mum

and she told me to freze a drink bottle of water... I don't have a drink bottle so I filled up a big square tupperwear kind of container with water and am freezing that to bring with me... it's still water no matter what shape its in... I'll try not to get sand in my water.

I better have a shower and try and sleep early. I have to beach and then ride the exercise chair until I'm not 37 anymore.

I'm sun smart and have like those t-shirt and little shorts kind of bathers... they are two piece but I got a black swimming t-shirt instead of the bikini top. Steppa said the bikini top looked really great but I bought these bathers for teaching ( as you sometimes need to teach swimming in sport) so I wanted them to be pretty modest.
