I have written for the first sigil ( to test its true by alan chapmans guide ) " I will get a beautiful and kind girlfriend "
The only effects i had from this few days later were some cute girls giving promotion drinks and my female acquintences opening doors for me. After that my wish to be in any kind of relationship has waned to nearly zero. Even my sex drive has tanked for some time after that. ( and I have super high drive )
Then I made another sigil for discipline and wrote it as " I have discipline for working on my goals. "
I have done charging through orgasm method ( though i had trouble getting to orgasm so i used some random pics of women to get near orgasm and then focused on sigil ).
I haven't done anything about grounding,centering and shielding since I didn't see it in chapmans book. I did from time to time envision myself being protected by a shield to banish nervous thoughts etc. But in the end ive turned into couch potato.
