    Yep and I've had plenty of those while I was putting myself through university shit head. I worked in a number of call centres too, do you even have any awards in that? Because I do, I won the Optus best conversion rate one year and have an official certificate for it. That means per call I made the most turn over than any other person they had. They put the two best people on objection handling and that was me and some other chick who had worked for years at telstra and then came over to Optus.
