I mean once an hour as an average would be great but the guy isn't leaving his house he really is around to post during every hour of the day, if he was out doing things there would be a patch of time where he's not posting, like posting 500000 times in one hour then not posting for 23 hours is cool you've got a life, marco literally has nothing else and I think we should try to help the guy honestly because unlikie all the other lizards he's harlmless I think he's just depressed
