i don't have a grill yet, i marinade the steaks for about 24 hours and cook the on a cast iron. the trick is to sear the outsides before adding butter, fresh rosemary, and garlic cloves. you dont even need to dice the garlic you can just smash them with a knife and lower the heat so the butter and herbs dont burn and use a spoon to baste the steak in butter mixture
