so why not support cbp in doing this, rather than building 2200 miles of wall?

idk if you read my reply but i said in these areas the engineers might plan to put something less expensive like chainlink fence. engineers are working with border patrol agents to decide what goes where so i doubt anything in their plan would be undesired by cbp
