Fairly priced my ass. The countries with universal healthcare strongarm pharmaceutical companies into selling their products for cost, which doesn't leave any money for R&D. Americans are footing the bill for every new advance in medicine, if we go single payer then either your prices are going to skyrocket to make up the difference or research will stagnate and no new treatments will be developed.
