I went from 340 to 180 no special food just rage and determination, when I've sat too long and my back or whatever starts to really hurt I get up and walk it off the worse I get the more I do hence having no problem walking over 20 miles in the rain I was in determination mode didn't even feel the cut on the back of my foot that painted the entire back of my shoe red there was so much blood coming out of the back of my foot I didn't even feel pain just noticed cause my sock was falling and even after noticing it I was like whatevs gotta get home to crazy cutter girl she needs me and I SHOULDA WALKED IN THE OPPOSITE FUCKING DIRECTION LOL I SHOUDLA WALKED TO CHINA GET THIS CRAZY BITCH AWAY FROM ME IF SHE'S NOT FINALLY GONE TYVM SHE'S MY LAST PROBLEM
