ignorant - doesn't understand the whole story, reacts emotionally or based on limited information
bigoted - just plain hates, either for racial superiority or other reasons
fear based - knows what's really going on, chooses to focus on the worst case scenario, realistic or not, and lives in fear of it. you're this one.
