you could make quality tendies i imagine with fresh chicken tends. people are always talking to me about panko, they don't have that brand in korea so it isnt in my consciousness and i don't use it or any similar producte.


one thing for frying i've permanently switched to is using this "frying flour" which is something like 65% cornstarch, 34% wheat flour and 1% raising agents. it makes things crispy as shit and they don't fall apart
