I think the real problem at play here is arrewsted development. These "men" are stuck in their 13 year old BOY mindset. They're pulling pigtails hoping the girls will notice them. Well, that might work on girls, but it isn't going to work on women.

its just a bunch of angry, fat old guys in their 40s.
