    garfield had cancer for a while, they cut open his whole back, but unfortunately when he got better he started posting about things other than his cancer

    yeah that whole thing could win best troll and temporary gimmick, Garfield's cancer gimmick actually fooled Lisa into believing it was real. he really went all out on being believable
