i only shit 2-3 times a week, even when i'm not on drugs. i love it. Plus, the poop is hard so i dont have to do too much wiping which is a plus. It also feels good to take a big poop

I drink a lot of coffee so unfortunately I don't have that option, but shitting is the #1 life annoyance I'm looking to science to cure for me, shaving is a close second
