I don't see what state's rights have to do with this. The question was "Is Mitt Romney a socialist?" my answer is "Well yes he passed a pretty socialist law" and you're bringing up the civil war and the constitution for some reason

See I'm pretty sure that forcing people to buy something they neither want nor need because it's "in their best interest" is bad no matter where you do it but I guess I'm just a better conservative than you guys

Pretty sure i said the other day that i'm positive the reason the reps chose romney was cause neither party wants to give up the huge power grab nationalized heathcare actually is and increase taxes again, possibly even a blanket % of income like england has.

yeah, dems and reps are all scumbags. they all wipe their ass with the constitution and interpret it as it best suits what they want or ignore it all together. i'm a firm believer in following the entire constitution, not bits and pieces.
