i dont think it means low self esteem its no different from people who want to go to the gym to better their body plastic surgery helped me become my best self the only thing i dislike about my nose job is that i have to use a special tool to pick my nose if i needed to and i cannot push my nose up to make a pig nose which at times i get the urge to do since it is not forbidden
