That's not too far off, I don't have any rack servers (yet) just a pair of desktops I use for hosting my VMs, a gaming desktop, a mac mini set top box, and 4 laptops.

two xboxes system linked with two TVs in two different rooms; 7-10 190lb+ people each with desktop computers in two different rooms; dominoes pizza boxes, mountain dew cans, and random CDs/DVDS laying all over the floor; all electronics connected to just 1 router, 2 power outlets, and at least 5 different power strips.... The router just sort of hung in the doorway inbetween the two rooms like the center of a spiderweb.

back when i used to host lan parties, and there wasn't enough room in the upstairs of my house and cords simply weren't long enough, it looked like there were trip-wires everywhere and getting downstairs to go to the bathroom was an impossible gymnastics feat

i have a wireless card right now and it really backfired on me when my mom's boyfriend's Xbox 360 managed to pick up on my shared folder, which for some ungodly reason linked in to my porn stash...
I fucking hate wifi, to know that my porn stash was just available for anyone to look at, and i was living in a fucking apartment complex too.
I thought I turned network sharing off but apparently the windows 7 beta doesn't label its settings very well

it was set up so that anyone with Wifi could see it. The xbox and my computer weren't set up to the same router, we didn't have internet for a while, but the xbox could still find my computer's shared folder
