I ordered Video Professor tutorial CD pack. After a 7-day period, I received the said item. I was not satisfied with the product and contacted a rep from VP. I was notified that the 10-day trial period started the day the item was shipped. As a result, my personal bank account was charged $399 causing a $105 overdraft. After a dozen or so times to arrange for the guaranteed refund, I was finally notified by the Denver, Co. Better Business Bureau that Video Professor had filed for bankruptcy.

you've probably blocked it out then
if i remember i was pointing out that:
- no video to monitor
- fans on case still work
- optical mouse on, but unresponsive to movement
- keyboard capslock/numlock/scroll-lock unresponsive, none of the lights on keyboard turn on
Solution: get a better power supply
