i'd go with methadone due to how long it lasts..
other opioids you can only take like every 4-6 hours but the analgesia only peaks for like 3 hours...
Methadone would give you all day relief, you even feel it the next day after taking it

exercise is one thing but I'm talking specifically about stretching. not necessarily yoga but at least sitting down with your legs extended and trying to touch your toes for like 10 minutes a day (until you can actually touch them and then you'll get to the point where you can grab your whole foot)
