Lent him over $350 though and only got $300 back and only after repeatedly asking where the money was and him saying he was puuting it in the bank and then not doing it. And I paid for my own tickets. ANd then when he came and visted me he didn;t have a cent, I had to stop him from trying to steal a phone charger at the supermarket because he didn't even $3.99 for one, I fed him, got him a charger, lent him money etc...
