i think he is supposed to just be non-specific white, as animals in that movie don't always represent race but personality aspects.
But he definitely has a lot of Jewish traits, probably because Ralph Bakshi the writer, animator, and director of that movie was Jewish, inadvertently causing many of the main characters to reflect Jewish-american culture

Urbana police are investigating an incident in which four men allegedly struck an 18-year-old Urbana man on Wednesday afternoon.

According to an Urbana police report, the man was walking on a sidewalk in the 200 block of East Washington Street at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday when he was approached by four other men and one woman.

One of the men accused the victim of following them and made two comments about his race, according to the report. One of the men began to punch him in the face, and he was soon joined by the other three men. The woman did not participate, according to police. Then the five people got into a red Saturn SUV and drove away.

While an ambulance was brought to the site, the victim refused to receive medical treatment, according to police.

One of the attackers was described as a black male. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall; weighs 200 pounds; has long, straight black hair that was "slicked back" and brown eyes; and was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

A second attacker was described as a black male. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall; weighs 150 pounds; has short black hair with waves and brown eyes; and was wearing a black jacket and black pants.

An Urbana teenager told police he was beaten up Wednesday by a person he recognized but doesn’t know in an apparently racially motivated crime.

Urbana police Sgt. Dan Morgan said the 17-year-old was walking home from school in the 1200 block of East Lanore Drive near the railroad tracks near Fairlawn Drive about 3:30 p.m. when he said he was punched in the back of the head.

The attacker threw several more punches, most of which did not land, and said to the victim, "It’s because you’re white," Morgan said.

The attacker was described as black man, about 17 to 19 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches, 150 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket, red T-shirt, black pants and shoes.

Champaign police are investigating another beating involving a white male attacked by a group of black men that occurred last weekend, this time in downtown Champaign.

Champaign police spokeswoman Rene Dunn said a 26-year-old Mahomet man said he was leaving a downtown bar about 12:30 a.m. Sunday when he was approached by four black males in a parking area behind a bar in the 0-100 block of East Main Street.

"The suspects yelled racial slurs at the victim prior to an attack. The victim reported hitting the ground and fighting with the suspects who continued to batter him. The victim called friends to pick him up and followed up with a report the next day," Dunn said.

Dunn said the officer's report said the suspects were described only as black men wearing black hoodies. One wore a black Yankees ball cap. No ages, heights or weights were given.

Dunn said the man did not receive medical treatment for his injuries by the time he made the report Monday afternoon.

The attack brings to 21 the number of assaults on white men in Champaign by mostly groups of young black males since mid-August.

An Urbana man involved in one of the beatings on the University of Illinois campus has been sentenced to two years of probation.

Miquan Boyd, 19, who listed an address in the 2400 block of Prairie Green, pleaded guilty Thursday morning before Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis to aggravated battery.

Boyd admitted that on Sept. 12, he punched and kicked a man who was walking in the 500 block of East Green Street.

Assistant State’s Attorney Duke Harris said the 20-year-old victim, of Polynesian descent, was walking with his black girlfriend about 2 a.m. when a group of about five or six men approached and began harassing him about his girlfriend.

The group then began hitting him. He sustained a cut above an eye and facial swelling. He was able to identify Boyd, who was found not far away, Harris said.
