tore the ligaments on both sides of my ankle after falling off a slackwire.... undersatnding the mechanics of balancing on a slackwire is key to undersatnding how I tore the ligaments on BOTH sides of my ankle

tore a tendon near my groin when in training was not completely down in the splits and a drunk russian trainer from the Moscow Circus came along, put both hands on my shoulders and slammed me down into the splits... it tore a tendon

on both occassions I was on crutches for months

however once healed I was actually able to go down completely in the splits on the leg the russian trainer tore
