Casting a sigil is a ritual, did you remember to do the prep work beforehand? Grounding, centering and shielding is the most traditional way, if you're more into Grant Morrison's method of pop magic/meme magic it'd be a 'banishing' which can be easy and quick (i.e. lighting a specific set of candles or incense, or envisioning yourself in a protective layer of light before jerking off).
Another thing I'd like to note is that your intents might be worded wrong. Sigils have the annoying tendency to go full monkey's paw wish on people if the intent isn't precise and detailed enough.
Random example for the love problems: "I am in a healthy, happy, loving relationship". Note how the intent has a lot of extra words in there that describe a specific kind of relationship. You wouldn't want to attract a girlfriend who specializes in making everyone's life around her a living hell, or a gold-digger who spreads your closest secrets to her girlfriends as if it's hot gossip.
Now, "It is my will to be" is probably why your discipline is completely gone. It's your will to be what? If you didn't specify what you want to be, you just are. And a couch potato also is, but what it is isn't doing much. Here's one that you might enjoy a bit more: "I will exercise regularly and become strong."
