I know how you feel. I am here in a last ditch attempt to find somewhere on the internet where I can talk to people and be understood... it seems as though this is impossible. I even tried an INTJ forum thinking that going to a forum with supposedly like minded people I could be accepted and was pounced on within 24hrs by power tripping mods. I am alone and I generally do not even like people yet I feel painfully lonely and really socialising on the internet is really my best option. I don't know if I have BPD but it was suggested that I did many years ago by a psychologist so I popped in here and felt I could relate to your post. I'm semi functional and meant to be very intelligent but my emotional intelligence it shot. So I'm just replying to your post so that you don't feel so alone in your loneliness... I too am also very lonely.
