Mine came out yeasty tasting with grapes. Peaches are easier. My old neighbor has a great recipe for peach shine, fermented peaches in the mash i mean. I used to help him run batches sometimes.
130-140 proof fresh out of the worm. I miss that stuff.
Have you done beer also?

I miss being in FLorida for shine but I am older now and don't really have the time go be that level of shit faced. My roommate used to always brew beer so I've seen the process but never gotten involved. He was also a massive hipster though so most of his beers while good he would just stroke his dick about whatever he used to make it

Sounds pretty annoying. I wasn't a fan of finding out dried urea is a component in achieving higher alcohol content in your moonshine mash. It's nice buying it at the liquor store but its just not the same. Weed on the other hand, i prefer the dispensaries.

I do enjoy having legal weed in my state though I hardly ever smoke unless it's at night.
