on a side note has anyone every used a dlna media server before, i am trying to set up plex and servio on one computer for all my media needs throughout my house, instead of having a hodge podge of different boxes i am trying to pin down the right media server for me! and the right client like either a roku or wd live tv or some other sort of cheap dlna reciver with netflix and amazon instant video support of course, for all my tvs which for some reason i have fucking 7 of them , so my simple question to anyone is what's your media server set up like and what sorts of problems have u run into with it?

ok well here's an update i guess i will run a roku on one of my tvs for a week or so and for roku u have to use plex, and i will run the wd live off the other tv with servioo and maybe just maybe i will after a week just know which one is more stable and the least amount of maintaince, this has been steveyos666's tech tuesdsy, thanks for reading,,

I got a roku 3 works fine but I don't do that homo plex shit because i enjoy going outdoors, it literal ly comes with amgry birds space and the remote is like a wiimote I hope some good games eventually come out for it

I got a chromecast on the way for my other room because I couldn't afford another roku

plex is slow as fuck, it's just a shittier fork of xbmc use that
