No, it's a gall stone, I've had them for years, they hurt like a motherfucker but they're not particularly dangerous I'm just being dramatic.

Usually I take a percoset but I had a couple of adderal early this evening and I'm incredibly cautious with drugs, almost to the point of paranoia, so I'm just going to have to deal with it until it passes.
