i'm going to ignore what ruby gave to everyone except for stevey. because all of those people only took games or similar things. if ruby wants to buy friendship, that's his issue.
ruby has trouble understanding exchange rates because he is a mental child. he effectively has about as much money sense as any other coddled, inbred, reclusive piece of european aristocratic garbage. the money given to stevey was mostly in the past. this was before the brexit and before the gbp took a bit of a dive.
about half of the games he purchased for stevey were before this watershed. practically all of the times he gave steven yelle cash were as well. so that is £4811.66 that stevey took from ruby when the gbp was at a higher rate than what ruby accounted for(todays rate). the average for that time was around 1.55gbp/1usd. so £4811.66 = $7458.07. plus the half of the games which we can account for at todays rate of around 1.33gbp/1usd. £536 * 1.33 = $713. that's a total of $8,170.95.
ruby gave stevey $8,170.95 over the course of a few years. most of it all in one bulk month so that stevey could live inside of a fucking van and not have to get a job.

max the jew sold his vb license to ruby at a discount. he also did send me money in envelopes at first because he was too scared to ask his parents to set up his paypal or some shit. the first envelope either got mismailed or was stolen by some poles working at the airport. i told him we could worry about it some other time, but he went ahead and sent another envelope full of dollars. basically this is my fault for making him get a paypal account to pay me more easily. i am the reason stevey is leeching off ruby

since stevey's on welfare, his receiving cash is illegal, the games were gifts so that may be a grey area, though it could be argued that he had ruby buy them for him instead of having to use his welfare credit card. i really hope someone takes that list and sends it to rhode islsnd department of social services as well as the internal revenue service.

i got steveys new address, license plate number, and i got his phone number from one of his sisters facebook friends last night. i was going to report him for welfare fraud a few hours ago but ruby told me not to. he doesn't want stevey to get into trouble. his receiving of money would disqualify him to receive any more welfare in the short term until they investigated. he was committing welfare fraud and income tax fraud. they eventually would've let him back on welfare once he "paid back" the overage he received. but that 1-2 years he would've been off it would be very nice for me

I feel bad at these moochers who aren't capable to solve real life problems, I have never asked Ruby for money because the friendship cannot be purchased, I will talk to Ruby in steam later, I hope he is no longer giving you some money for your shitty life
