big changes to dota 2

black king bar was already an essential late game item, but now it also provides 100% resistance to spell damage, as if it wasn't OP enough

also one of my favorite heroes, ogre magi, got a huge buff for early to mid game; x2 multicast now has a 40% chance at level 1/3.. Ogre magi already has one of the highest win rates in all pick, and now it's going to be even higher
