nutrition is akshu-allee the most important thing in life. i had really poor nutrition in my teens and it was like my iq was cut down 50 points from what it is now. these days my food concept is pretty much perfected. i probably eat 5kg of full fat pork alone a week and i am totally healthy and fit. the key thing is just never eating processed food at all. you might see a box of "food" at the store, you check the ingredients and it seems to be "almost all" real food, "just a few mystery things" at the end, those things severely inhibit every aspect of your body's natural function.Quote:
