fuck you I'm working. one of the customers' servers bluescreened at 4:30 so I've been trying to figure out why, but everything seems to be fine and I can't leave the driver verifier turned on because that will actually cause bluescreens so they're going to pay for 4 hours of labor for me to tell them "I dunno, hopefully it won't happen again".

And what would you suggest I do while I'm waiting for chkdsk and sfc to run? Also, a DC/exchange server takes like 15 minutes to shut down and 30 to boot, if you'd ever worked on anything that wasn't XP Home Edition you'd know that.
