    sure a sheeple like you read philosophy just to completely absorb someone else's point of view but that is not actually what philosophy is for

    it's to make you think in a logical and critical way, if you can't critique it then you've missed the point

    someone like you reads philosophy and bends and simply follows to whatever way of thinking is laid out for you

    someone like me reads philososphy and can deeply consider the logic and critique it, if you cannot find a fundamental flaw even within the greatest of philosphies then you have failed to understand what thinking is actually required to even understand philosophy let alone have the skills to be able to participate and further the ongoing intellectual discussion that is philosophy

    might as well read scriptures if that's what you want
    if you really want deeper learning, you'll find it in astronomy, physics, science, theoretical mathematics
