help me settle an argument from earlier this evening. somehow i got talking about rapex and my bro was like "those are illegal to use in the states, theyre made for countries like south africa where rape is rampant" and i was like "uh well rape is fucking illegal here too you dumbshit". is rapex illegal here though?
