opera is the most comptaible but on shitty laptops which 75 percent of all computers are now days chrome runs the fastest and is the most stable, chrome books hand cranked computers for the masses

ya thats fair, Opera does need a serious update it hasnt gotten a major one in a year or two. Chrome is definitely better with HTML5 support right now. I look forward to Opera 13 especially version 13.666
