hey man, they need a reason to bitch otherwise their head will explode. I am all for an FAQ. I've answered this question numerous times, and will continue to. I also think I was one of the first people to ask about it (did a search before posting - but even then, many different terms can be used), but wouldn't have if the information was already there in the FAQ. And I have seen a number of posts along the lines of "I have read the FAQ, but have some further questions" that have been perfectly fine.
