    ramen is very unhealthy for you. there's a lot of carbs and sodium in ramen. i haven't had ramen in months. i eat a lot of home cooked meals low in fat and carbs and high in fiber. <3 a lot of vegetables and lean meats. <3

    Exactly, so you'd be inclined to eat fewer portions. J/s also ham is not a lean meat

    only time i eat ham is the turkey ham that subway has. their black forest ham is made of turkey so it's technically not even really ham. but i rarely eat red meat and i eat a lot of lean chicken.
