can IPv6 have DHCP? if so is it your ISP using NAT to give you different IP addresses?
if you're sending all your source addresses with your MAC address converted into hexadecimal doesnt that mean its like a fingerprint? becuase a physical address is burned into NICs and cannot be changed?
if the latter is true does that not mean IPv6 is going to contribute to monitoring and policing the WWW?

Yes, there is a dhcp for ipv6.
I dont know if tou will be natted at the isp lwvel. Probably not,it would defeat the purpose oof ipv6 which is to make more addresses available ao iap dont have to nat.
You wont be any easier to monitor than you are right now. Your isp is already keeping records of who had what ip addreess and when.

Oh and a mac address is hardly a fingerprint because as you pointed out yourself mac spoofing exists.
