    its actually pretty simple to put on paste, im not your average retard like ruby i applied it like a pro

    it's even easier to take an already assembled fan heatsink and pre-spread squaer of thermal paste that came in the same box as the cpu, press the cpu agains thte thermal paste, then put that in the motherboard and never have to touch it again
