    no it didn't, english is the shittiest language on the planet. its rules make no sense because it was cobbled together from french, latin, german, and anglo. words are spelled the same and pronounced differently for fuck's sake. it's a pidgin language, it sucks, and no amount of high horsing OCD about slang is going to change that.
