do you take them to the side and quietly let them know that they smell bad or do you just tolerate it?

i bring cologne to work, if someone was always stinking i would keep "accidentally" spraying them when i spray myself and hope they get a clue, if not then i'd find more ways of being completely passive/aggressive about it
