    no but the different model of cpu might have more cache, more extensions, stuff that actually matters. Like I said before clock speed isn't a good indicator of performance anymore it hasn't been for years

    that being said you're probably not going to notice the difference, my quad core AMD from 4 years ago runs skyrim on ultra for games it's all about the video card
