let's say i did not want to bring my cart all the way back into walmart, but all the cart returns where full? would it be against the law to just leave it in a parking space, as long as i locked the wheels? i would not want the cart to roll into anyone's parked car and cause a ding, i don't think i could live with myself if something like that happened.
