you only go to jail if you are making a fuck load like 30k+ a day and its illegal, even then people get away with it ive seen investigations on 19 year old kids in russia that have multiple porches but they cant convict them since no proof

just dont do anything super illegal like phish, botnet, or mail, and you will be in the clear
