because he sucks
he only snowballs if the team hes on was already winning anyways. a good team never lets him get fed
he can be OP some games but then completely suck and be a drag on the team other games

if you took my advice on trol warlord
you would have carried and killed all those noobs, you can go toe to toe with naix because of your melee bash % chance + your ultimate's attack speed boost
