example:

i have some stolen paypals that are verified and attached to a bank account which you can buy for like $2 each on the internet
i look on craigslist and see rootbeer is selling a tv and surround sound for $2,500
i email rootbeer and say "hey i want to buy this shit, my money is on a paypal account from what i do for a living, can i send you the money via paypal infront of you to prove im sending you the money?"
if they are actually techy they say you can reverse it just say you will do it as a gift and you cant reverse gifted transactions
i go to rootbeers house say hello and kiss his mouth then i go onto paypal show me sending him the money, he sees it in his account bank account or paypal account, he helps me load of the stuff and i leave
within a few hours to a few days funds are reversed and rootbeer is out of a tv/entertainment center and has no money for it either and im long gone
