lets say she took HEX, that means when shes not employed she doesnt require to pay back anything until she finds work, lets say she stays on welfare for the rest of her life,
1. she owes the government a fuck tonne of money
2. shes sponging off of tax payer money
3. shes bad for the economy
4. the government trusted her with that loan in hopes that she would becom a skilled productive member of society
