when have you ever helped anyone

i helped my best friend not commit suicide. I helped my friend get an A in his writing class at the U. I give rides to people or pick them up from places when they need it and don't expect anything in return.

When my friend moved to a different state with his girlfriend, she broke up with him and he attempted suicide, and wound up in the psyche ward; they for some reason let him bring his phone in with him. He texted me for help and I coached him through it and helped him get the hell out of there.

I let one of my friend's who didn't really have a place to go stay on my couch for 7 months for pretty much nothing.
