I don't feel entitled to any position without doing the actual work for it, I just don't care much for any position for myself anymore but that is my issue. Mind you if you want to be respected as a man of medicine then I'm afraid that just like the ancients you'll actually have to do the work for that not just imagine that the ancients would have elevated you to some exhaulted position for absolutely no reason at all lol

The people who are SUPPOSED to be medicine men plugdrugs are the people who have spent the time and hard work getting educated, respected for their knowledge about medicine, spent half their lives devoted to learning it and who actually practice it and save lives everyday, not some junky with delsuional issues who doesn't think they even need to work for that position in society.

20 years study, I can't even think of a profession in modern times that requires that much training but I think you'll find they performed many roles and required vast knowledge, those people gave up their whole lives to devote themselves to study and training and were not recognised as one until they had completed all that and proven themselves. They were like doctors, lawers, judges, scientists all rolled into one but it required huge ammounts if study and training.

That's all I'm saying, to be a magic man or whatever in ancient times still involved so much study and training that those positions are more akin to someone in today's times getting qualified as a medical doctor AND a judge AND a scientist AND astronomer AND engineer AND a bunch of other stuff, basically aquiring multiple doctorates in many fields, they are more akin to somone who has spent 20 years at university getting multiple doctorates than some drug addled loon who's never worked or studied anything, again not you but I've heard it from a few mental patients and I think somone suggested once that schizophrenic people would have been the druids or wizard or medicine men in ancient time and fact is that is not even slightly true, in fact in ancient times people with schizophrenia would have been left for dead if they couldn't take care of themselves or even more likely executed, certainly not exhaulted to high positions in society that were actually held by practitioners who spent their while lives studying and training before being recognised and accepted in that position and I think a whole bunch of people with mental illness have clung to that through some delsuion and sense of entitlement, fact is they are the patient, the doctor is the doctor and that would have been exactly the same case in ancient times only they would have faced a more brutal and less tollerant society where if they didn't plow the field hard enough or harvest enough food they were as good as dead, piss off people in acient society and what was more likely to happen to you? have your guts pulled out of your belly button or crowned as king and respected as a man of wisdom? You know exactly what they did to insane people in ancient times.
