I actually understand. It's not your fault or dysfunction.

It's unsettling, annoying, unwanted and can actually be quite dangerous as people who have stalking behaviour also usually have other more worrysome behaviours.

Block him every way you can. If he is taking it beyond the internet put a restraining order on him, then if he ever turns up he'll be arrested. Don't let the piece of shit intimidate you.
