Appreciate the fact that the more we get older, the less people everywhere seem to know what they're doing. If a hurricane knocks out a bridge and you're stuck somewhere, do you have a plan? You can't buy a plan with money. I'm envious though, 10k could last me either a long while or 2 weeks depending on how we're looking at it.

Instinctively speaking, the best thing you could spend the money on is the buffer layer needed to devote some extra time to becoming one suave cat and finding a decent girl (decent) and impregnating her with 1-2 kids to propagate your genes. If you don't do that before you're 40s it's going to start to eat you alive and you won't know why but you'll slowly realize that's the reason you feel that way. That's more true for women though, with eggs having an expiration date and whatnot.
